Contact CalgaryPermit
The inbox for this website is a real address. It is the right place for a correction to something we wrote, a privacy question, or a problem with a page. It is the wrong place to file a building permit.
What to include
- The page address, or the permit number if you are writing about one record.
- What you expected to see and what the page showed.
- If a count looks wrong, the community name. Counts are computed from the stored copy of the City feed, so the useful report is which number and which page.
What this address cannot do
Emailing CalgaryPermit does not submit an application to the City of Calgary, book an inspection, or change a permit status. Those requests belong with the City. The process guide links the City's permit pages and explains which parts of the process are visible in the open data.
There is no web form on this page, because a form that does not go anywhere would only look like contact. Use the email address above. Privacy requests are covered by the privacy policy.
